Job Description Summary

The Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst will be accountable to manage the infrastructure and the architecture installed into the Avio Aero Military Datacenter.

In this role you will responsible to guarantee monitoring, backup/restore, standard operation (patching/security) and support for all the services provided by Digital Technology Military Datacenter.

You will be part of the Cybersecurity Technology & Risk Compliance Team (CTR) with a specific focus on Military as well as on broader Initiatives within the CTR perimeter.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Level Support L1/L2 on infrastructure installed (servers, storages, tape library, backup solution) and help desk service dedicated to the classified area

• Daily operations (monitoring, backup, technical support, job and process scheduling)

• Work closely with Partners Company about specific projects and initiatives related to architecture and infrastructure

• Guarantee Service Level Agreement defined and signed by Avio Aero and MOD Italy

• Collaborate and support with the Digital CTR team improving security and technology in DT Military Area

• Establish and maintain policies, guidelines and procedures related to security and compliance for Military Program according to the national and international Regulations

• Manage Avio Aero Users account and profile defined inside the Active Directory segregated in the Military Area

Qualifications/Requirements

• Degree preferred, in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or High School Diploma

• Previous and concrete professional experience in System Administrator role and deep knowledge of Digital Workplace

• Good experience and knowledge on VMware infrastructure/NetApp/MS Exchange

• High-level knowledge on Microsoft OS and knowledge on Linux OS and Storage solution

• Good knowledge on Nagios monitoring solution or equivalent

• Ability in operating in a complex environment (multi-business and/or extended teams distributed across multiple geographies)

• Strong team working attitude and inclusiveness to foster a collaborative and cooperative team environment, encouraging input and participation from all members

• Ability to interact in a positive and efficient way with different stakeholders

• Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken)

• Work Visa and Italian citizenship, in accordance with local regulation, is required

• Eligible to be security-cleared under Italian National Security Framework – “Nulla Osta Segretezza” (art. 9, comma 4 Legge 3 agosto 2007, n. 124)

• VMware Certification and Linux Certification
