Essential Responsibilities:

• 有足够技能和知识设置和标准化设备，选择恰当的技术，根据由制造商或3级人员批准的程序或指令，进行检测、解释、评价和记录结果。Have sufficient skills and knowledge to set up and standardize equipment, select appropriate techniques, and conduct NDT tests, interpret, evaluate, and record results according to procedures or instructions approved by OEM or level 3 personnel.

• 对产品进行渗透检测，并记录结果，如果实践考试中包括了对该能力的熟练证明。Conduct PT for the acceptance of products and document the results if a demonstration of proficiency in this ability was included in the practical examination.

• 拥有说明GE OWS Shanghai所使用的渗透探伤有关的准则、标准和合同文件的技能、知识和技术背景。Have the skills, knowledge, and technical background to interpret code, standards, and contractual documents relevant to the PT method utilized by GE OWS Shanghai.

• 可以在渗透检测中为学员提供指导或监督。To be capable of providing guidance and/or supervision to trainees in PT.

• 能够承担PT设备、员工的技术责任，能够为特定的检验选择方法、技术。To be capable of assuming technical responsibility for the PT facility, employee and selecting the method, technique for a specific inspection.

• 能准备和验证渗透探伤的检测程序，并提供相关技术指导。To be capable of preparing and verifying the adequacy of PT procedures and PT related technique instructions

• 能作为2级人员依据通用程序编写作业指导书，也能作为3级人员批准作业指导书。Be capable of developing work instructions based on general procedures as level 2 and be capable of approving them as level 3.

• 必要时对QA内审员进行培训以及对外NDT供应商进行审核。Do training for QA internal auditor and do audit on external supplier if necessary.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 年满21周岁；Over the age of 21.

• 理工科专业，全日制大专以上（含大专）毕业；Graduated from full-time college or above in a Science or Engineering major.

• 具有大学英语四级CET-4证书，全国英语等级考试三级PET-3证书，或者民航维修技术英语等级不低于2级；Passed CET-4, PET-3 or CCAR-66R3 Maintenance Technical English Level 2 or above.

• 至少获得符合NAS410或EN4179认证的渗透检测3级证书，以及中国民航维修协会CAMAC颁发的渗透检测3级证书Certified as PT Level 3 personnel per NAS410 or EN4179 and holding the certificate of PT Level 3 personnel issued by CAMAC.

• 通过ISO 18490 无损检测-NDT人员视力检查评估Pass assessment of ISO 18490 Non-destructive Testing – Evaluation of Vision Acuity of NDT Personnel

• 完全熟悉渗透探伤的范围和限制。To be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of PT.

• 有航空业其它无损检测方法和产品技术的基本知识。Have a general knowledge of other NDT methods and product technology in aircraft industry.
