Job Description Summary

As CRO Senior Program Manager you will manage Gearboxes, Accessories and Airfoils/Structures businesses. In this role, you will be accountable to achieve outstanding program performances, fulfill contractual requirements and reach excellent Customers satisfaction levels.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Director, is responsible for P145 program contracts, leading a team of Program Managers
Execute the strategy for Contracts improvements
Responsible for meeting Company economics/financial and contractual targets within the allocated budget, including margin expansion initiatives
Lead NPI repairs development / industrialization jointly with key functions (ITO, GSC and Engineering), for both external and internal customers (GE Repair facilities or engine platform owners)
Review on regular basis with Program Managers the budget, business plan, economics (REV, GM, collections) and program KPIs (e.g.: OTD, VoC)
Ensure the application of risk management, monitoring the execution of mitigation activities
Accountable for defining program governance with Customer, leads Program Managers (where applicable) to meet the Program milestones in terms of timing, financials and quality
Define actions with cross-functional team to address customer concerns and maximize Customer satisfaction
Responsible for flowing-down the goals to the team(s) and for people development
Define team structures, objectives and people development in terms of hard and soft competences growth according to the OTR competences model
Accountable for the flow-down of Customer Demand
Responsible for Program Control Board and Cost Review Board preparation
Supports the Commercial Team during all the phases of an offer, starting from the Customer needs through the negotiations, until the hand-over at the Kick-Off meeting
Motivate and inspires the team to drive daily activities applying standard work and operating rhythm to focus on the specific priorities
Ensure the correct archive of the contractual documentation and correspondence with the Customers
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, preferred graduation in Aerospace Engineering
Significant experience in Program Management, Commercial or equivalent roles within the Service Business
Business Acumen
Proven Leadership and Influencing ability
Structured Problem-Solving approach
Strong oral and written communication skills
Organization, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work with an entrepreneurial approach in a complex environment
Orientation to Customer
Fluent written and spoken Italian and English languages
Knowledge of office automation
Availability to travel as needed to support the Business
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Experience in the Aviation Industry

Lean tools
Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, and to lead programs / projects: ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
