Job Description Summary

In this role, the Executive Chauffeur will play a vital role in providing safe and secure transportation for the executive leadership team and supporting other ground transportation operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Provide safe and timely transportation for executives, customers, guests, etc.

· The ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure proper coverage is provided.

· Demonstrate defensive driving skills to navigate high-risk situations and potential threats while keeping control of the vehicle.

· Anticipate and react to hazards on the road, including aggressive drivers and adverse weather conditions, and observe all traffic regulations.

· Assess road conditions and traffic congestion to optimize travel routes and minimize security vulnerabilities.

· Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to address any issues that may compromise safety or performance.

· Represent GE Aerospace in a professional and appropriate manner.

· Keep assigned vehicles clean and in excellent condition.

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma / GED

· Previous professional driving experience with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role.

· Familiarity conducting vehicle maintenance and mechanical checks.

· The ability and willingness to work on a flexible schedule that will include evenings, nights, and weekends.

· Flexibility and ability to manage change.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
