GE Aerospace Vendor Accountability Lead in Bengaluru, India

Job Description Summary

The Vendor Accountability Lead will support vendor initiatives, schedule vendor management operational rhythms, track contract performance and Service Level Agreements, lead RPO processes and provide guidance to HR vendor management practices within the function, including transitional support. Vendor Accountability Lead may be responsible for a defined regional or key customer group. Vendor Accountability Lead will align and drive sourcing policy and HR Operational compliance.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage vendor relations and support RPO process including drafting and negotiating vendor agreements for Aviation HR Operations. May have direct vendor relationship management for one or more vendors.

  • Lead QBRs and Annuals reviews.

  • Drive ongoing rhythms.

  • Monitor service level agreements and drive adherence through metric development, analysis, and reporting.

  • Drive corrective actions with all partners through reporting, training, and relationship management.

  • Provide and/or direct partners to appropriate training, tools and equipment and ensure that these resources are regularly maintained and available.

  • Supports an environment of continuous improvement and look for ways to simplify and improve Aviation HR support services.

  • Align and drive sourcing and HR Operational policies and compliance.

  • Collaborate across functions and geographies.

  • Proactively review company processes to achieve streamlining and increased efficiency.

  • Contribute to broader global projects as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant work experience).

  • Minimum 3 years prior professional work experience (can include internships).

  • Demonstrated record of maintaining supportive relationships with HR stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English

  • Remote work arrangements will be considered.

Desired Characteristics:

  • HR Shared Service experience

  • Experience leading with LEAN management principles.

  • Comprehensive understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements into an ongoing product design.

  • Proven ability to identify/anticipate and solve complex issues and manage to complete resolution.
